The invention discloses a deep water area pneumatic dredging pump system capable of working without interruption. The deep water area pneumatic dredging pump system comprises at least three tank bodies, suction pipes for sucking sludge into the tank bodies are arranged on the tank bodies, the inlet end of each suction pipe is connected with one end of a first check valve through a connecting pipe, and the other ends of the first check valves are connected with a second multi-way pipe used for communicating the tank bodies; the inlet end of the second multi-way pipe passes through a first multi-way pipe, the first multi-way pipe is connected with a flow guide pipe at the top of a mud shoveling cover through a conveying pipe, the bottom of each tank body is connected with one end of a second check valve through a discharging pipe, and the other ends of the second check valves are connected with a collecting pipe used for discharging the sludge; and an air conveying connector is arranged at the top of each tank body, and the air conveying connectors are connected with compressed air tanks and vacuum tanks through air conveying pipe assemblies. According to the deep water area pneumatic dredging pump system, the effect of sucking and discharging the sludge can be achieved through continuous changes of air pressure in the tank bodies, linkage of the multiple tank bodies can be achieved through the time difference, and it is guaranteed that the whole pneumatic dredging pump system continuously sucks and discharges the sludge.
