The invention discloses a wall structure on a stair inclined steel beam and a construction method. The stair inclined steel beam comprises an upper stair steel beam and a lower stair steel beam, and the wall structure comprises a guide wall fixed to at least one side of the lower stair steel beam, two constructional columns fixed between the guide wall and the upper stair steel beam, and a masonry wall built in an area defined by the guide wall, the upper stair steel beam and the two constructional columns, wherein embedded ribs used for fixing the guide wall and the lower stair steel beam are embedded in the guide wall, and the two constructional columns are located at the two ends of the lower stair steel beam correspondingly. According to the structure, the embedded ribs, the guide wall and the constructional columns are combined to form a stress whole, and the technical problem that in the prior art, a wall is difficult to firmly fix when built on an inclined steel beam is solved; and a base which is obliquely built at the bottom end of the masonry wall is optimized into a stepped horizontal base, so that construction of a masonry structure is facilitated, and the stability of a masonry wall body on the inclined steel beam is improved.
