The invention provides a lock cylinder, a lock and an unlocking head. The lock cylinder comprises a lock body assembly, wherein the lock body assembly comprises a lock cylinder shell and a rotating core; a limiting groove is formed in the inner wall of the lock cylinder shell in the axial direction, a guide groove is formed in the inner wall of the lock cylinder shell in the circumferential direction, and the limiting groove and the guide groove intersect and communicate with each other; the rotating core is rotatably arranged in the lock cylinder shell and comprises a limiting rod; a limiting block is arranged on the side surface of the limiting rod; the limiting rod can move in the axial direction relative to the rotating core; and the limiting block is located in the limiting groove or the guide groove; and a flat spring is provided with a bent part, and the bent part abuts against one end of the limiting rod and can generate elastic force enabling the limiting rod to move in the axial direction relative to the rotating core. The problem that an existing lock cylinder is large in thickness and difficult to adapt to an ultra-thin door is solved.
