Reinforced concrete drainage pipe and production method thereof
The invention discloses a reinforced concrete drainage pipe. The reinforced concrete drainage pipe comprises a concrete pipe body, wherein a steel bar frame is embedded in the concrete pipe body; a pipe inserting opening is formed in one end of the concrete pipe body; a pipe connecting opening is formed in the other end of the concrete pipe body; an inserting groove is formed in the inner side wall of the pipe connecting opening; the outer diameter of the outer end of the pipe inserting opening is matched with the inner diameter of the outer end of the pipe connecting opening; and annular grooves allowing the steel bar frame to be inserted are formed in the inner ends of the pipe inserting opening and the pipe connecting opening. According to the reinforced concrete drainage pipe, the internal steel bar frame is compact in structure, and meanwhile the radial and axial structural strength and pressure resistance of the reinforced concrete drainage pipe are improved; the reinforced concrete drainage pipe is suitable for being popularized and used in various environments with high requirements for strength; the pipe inserting opening and the pipe connecting opening are formed in the two ends, so that the structural strength of the two ends of the reinforced concrete drainage pipe is guaranteed; and the pipe inserting opening and the pipe connecting opening are reliably connected with the steel bar frame and the concrete pipe body, so that the structural strength and the water leakage prevention performance of connecting positions after multiple steel bar frames are connected and installed are further guaranteed.
