The invention discloses a fabricated wallboard, a continuous fabricated wallboard and a continuous production process. The fabricated wallboard comprises a wallboard body, a mesh formed by fixedly connecting a plurality of transverse ribs and a plurality of longitudinal ribs is embedded in the wallboard body, the mesh is bent to form a wave-shaped structure, the wave-shaped structure is provided with a plurality of left end points and a plurality of right end points, and the left end points and the right end points are close to the two side faces of the wallboard body in the thickness direction respectively. According to the fabricated wallboard, only one layer of the wave-shaped reinforcing mesh is arranged in the wall body, and fixing and manufacturing are convenient; the longitudinal ribs are not only arranged on the two side faces, close to the thickness direction of the wallboard body, of the wave-shaped reinforcing mesh, but also arranged in the middle of the wallboard body, so that the longitudinal ribs are arranged in a multi-element mode in the depth direction, the bond stress between the wallboard body and the reinforcing mesh is higher, and the bending resistance is better; and continuous production of the fabricated wallboard without limitation of length can be realized through a layer of the wave-shaped reinforcing mesh.
本发明公开了一种装配式墙板、连续式装配式墙板及连续生产工艺。装配式墙板包括墙板,所述墙板内埋置有由若干横向筋和若干纵向筋固接形成的网片,所述网片弯折形成波浪形结构,该波浪形结构具备若干左端点和若干右端点,所述左端点和右端点分别靠近墙板厚度方向的两个侧面。本发明在墙体内只设置一层波浪形钢筋网片,固定以及制备都比较方便;波浪形的钢筋网片不仅在靠近墙板厚度方向的两侧面具有纵向筋,在墙板中部设具有纵向筋,因此纵向筋纵深多元布置,墙板与钢筋网片之间的握裹力更强,抗折抗弯性能更好;通过一层波浪形的钢筋网片,可以实现不限长度的装配式墙板的连续式生产。
