Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that after the advantage of stable performance of MA and the advantage of working efficiency of the GA process are taken into full play, according to the engineering characteristics, in combination with the technical characteristics of MA and GA, the construction mode that the MA pouring type asphalt mixture is mixed by the GA production process is adopted, and the mixture is paved and formed by relying on the mobility of the mixture and does not need to be rolled.
