The invention discloses a pouring and tamping method for constructing vertical structure concrete of an underground structure through a reverse construction method. The pouring and tamping method is characterized in that a mode of pre-burying pouring and tamping pipes and vibrating pipes when steel bars at joints of floors, beams, columns and walls are bound is used for replacing a mode of pouring concrete by reserving herringbone angles on column and wall formworks in a reverse construction method construction process.
