The invention provides a flexible connecting piece used for connecting a sound insulation and vibration reduction plate with a wall. The flexible connecting piece is made of a rubber material; a first counterbore is formed in the back face of the flexible connecting piece; an expansion bolt connected with the wall penetrates through the first counterbore; a second counterbore is formed in the front face of the flexible connecting piece; a first bolt connected with a sound insulation and absorption plate penetrates through the second counterbore; and the first counterbore is located below the second counterbore. Due to the fact that the expansion bolt connected with the wall penetrates through the first counterbore, the second counterbore is formed in the front face of the flexible connecting piece, the first bolt connected with the sound insulation and absorption plate penetrates through the second counterbore, and the first counterbore is located below the second counterbore, the sound insulation and absorption plate is connected with the wall through the flexible connecting piece, the vibrating sound insulation and absorption plate cannot transmit vibration to the wall through the flexible connecting piece, and therefore noise can be prevented from being transmitted indoors.
