Tensioning device and tensioning method for carbon fiber prestressed rod
The invention relates to a tensioning device and a tensioning method for a carbon fiber prestressed rod. The method comprises the following steps of: arranging the carbon fiber prestressed rod on a concrete structure in a penetrating manner, and forming a fixed end part and a tensioning end part; arranging anchor rings at the tensioning end part and the fixed end part in a sleeving manner; connecting a first fastener at the fixed end part; connecting a second fastener at the tensioning end part; arranging a driving mechanism at the tensioning end part for pre-tensioning; and after pre-tensioning is completed, fastening the second fastener; inserting a pushing part between the anchor ring at the tensioning end part and a base plate, and applying outward pushing force to the anchor ring at the tensioning end part through the pushing part so as to realize tensioning of the carbon fiber prestressed rod. The tensioning method is realized through the pushing part, and the used structures are all miniaturized structures, so that the occupied space is small, and the construction is convenient.
本发明涉及一种碳纤维预应力杆件的张拉装置及张拉方法,该方法包括如下步骤:将碳纤维预应力杆件穿置于混凝土结构上,并形成固定端部和张拉端部;于张拉端部和固定端部套设锚环;于固定端部处连接第一紧固件;于张拉端部处连接第二紧固件;于张拉端部处设置驱动机构以进行预张拉;待预张拉完成后,紧固第二紧固件;将顶推件插入张拉端部处的锚环和垫板之间,通过顶推件对张拉端部处的锚环施加向外的顶推力进而实现对碳纤维预应力杆件的张拉。本发明的张拉方法通过顶推件来实现,所用的结构均属于小型化结构,占用空间小,施工方便。
