The pedal is pressed downwards through the weight of a maintainer, so that the upper surface of the pedal is moved to the bottom of the cabinet door, the cabinet door can be opened, and the maintainer can maintain the electric appliances in the cabinet body conveniently; and through the arrangement of the limiting mechanism and the resistance mechanism, when a plurality of persons are on the pedal, the maintenance personnel cannot carry out switching-on operation.
