The process comprises the following steps of: S1, preparing raw materials; S2, mixing and processing; S3, blank pressing; S4, burdening and edge cutting; and S6, glazing. According to the process of the invention, on the basis of a traditional round rolling process, the rotating angle positions of a rolling head and a main shaft in starting and stopping processes are always kept uniform through a servo control technology, and the rolling head and the main shaft are always kept in a relatively static state at the same speed in the moving process, and automatic water washing and glazing procedures are completed on a rolled green body; the rolling head and the main shaft achieve PID precise control through a pulse generator, an encoder and a PLC structural unit, the forming mode that a traditional ceramic special-shaped part needs to be subjected to plastic compression or grouting, manual water washing and glazing is changed, and the rolling preparation requirement for large-scale production of special-shaped ceramics is effectively met.
