Manual butt-joint locking steel bar connector
The invention discloses a manual butt-joint locking steel bar connector which is simple in structure, convenient to operate, reliable in connection and free of special tools for installation. Building prefabricated parts and a steel bar cage which are provided with the connector can achieve splicing construction which can immediately bear design loads on splicing sections like building blocks on a construction site. The manual butt-joint locking steel bar connector is mainly composed of a connecting punch, a connecting locking sleeve, a spring control block and a stabilizing spring. The connecting punch and the connecting locking sleeve are installed at the ends of steel bars of two parts needing butt joint respectively. The stabilizing spring and the spring control block are arranged in the connecting locking sleeve. When the connector is in butt joint, the spring control block is opened by the conical face at the front end of the connecting punch. After the connecting punch reaches the limiting position, the spring control block contracts, the neck of the connecting punch is clamped, and the purpose of steel bar connection is achieved.
本发明结构简单、操作方便、连接可靠、安装不需要专用工具。安装本连接器的建筑预制构件及钢筋笼，可以实现在施工现场如搭积木一样，对拼接段进行立即可承受设计荷载的拼接建造；本产品主要由连接冲头、连接锁紧套筒、弹簧控制块、稳定弹簧这四个部分组成。连接冲头和连接锁紧套筒分别安装在需要对接的两根构件的钢筋端部；连接锁紧套筒内有稳定弹簧和弹簧控制块组成；连接器对接时，连接冲头前端的锥形面撑开弹簧控制块；在连接冲头到达限位后，弹簧控制块收缩，卡住连接冲头的颈部，达到钢筋连接的目的。
