Prestressed frame body system for independently positioning and bearing reinforced concrete plate formwork
The invention provides a prestressed frame body system for independently positioning and bearing a reinforced concrete plate formwork. The system comprises an adjustable steel support arranged below the prestressed frame body system and used for supporting the prestressed frame body system; and a prestress loading device is installed at the top of the adjustable steel support so as to bear the plate formwork at the top. By means of a prestress technology, on-site supporting can be remarkably reduced in the construction process, the construction procedure is simplified, and the on-site construction efficiency is improved. Positioning and bearing of the plate formwork are achieved through the frame body system, and meanwhile, a supporting structure is simplified through the prestress technology, so that the assembling and disassembling processes of the plate formwork are optimized.
本发明提供一种独立式定位、承载钢筋混凝土板模的预应力架体系统。其包括设置在预应力架体系统的下方、用于支撑预应力架体系统的可调钢支撑,所述可调钢支撑的顶部安装有预应力加载装置,以承载起顶部的板模板。本发明利用预应力技术,能够在施工过程中显著减少现场支撑,简化施工工序,提高现场建造效率。本发明通过架体系统实现对板模板的定位、承载,同时利用预应力技术简化支撑结构,以针对板模板进行装配和拆卸过程优化。

The invention provides a prestressed frame body system for independently positioning and bearing a reinforced concrete plate formwork.
