本发明涉及一种装配式外墙吊装及安装施工方法，在楼层柱体上未起吊的外墙板构件上弹出标高线，在该楼层板面上放出外墙板里外控制线和左右控制线；在主体结构边梁内预埋的连接件钢板上焊接临时吊点，临时吊点安装外墙板安装楼层的上面第二层，吊装前将手拉葫芦安装在临时吊点上；塔吊起吊外墙板拉到安装位置，将外墙板转移到吊钩，拉动手拉葫芦，使外墙板初步就位；精准定位；焊接固定；支设内侧模板；在外墙板与内侧模板之间浇筑混凝土墙体。本发明一个作业批次的外墙板全部转移至手拉葫芦并临时固定后，逐一定位调节、焊接固定，解决了传统吊装方式依赖于塔吊进行单块外墙板的吊装、调节、焊接等工序，达到分批次流水作业，提高了施工效率。
