The invention relates to the field of tunnel construction, in particular to a pile-arch integrated protection structure for a shallow-buried unsymmetrical-pressure tunnel portal and a construction method. The pile-arch integrated protection structure for the shallow-buried unsymmetrical-pressure tunnel portal comprises slide-resistant piles, steel bar sleeves, angle steel and pipe shed cover arches, wherein the slide-resistant piles are arranged on both sides of a tunnel portal forming face, the steel bar sleeves and the angle steel are pre-buried in the slide-resistant piles, the pipe shed cover arches are arranged between the slide-resistant piles; both ends of the pipe shed cover arches are welded with the angle steel; the arch parts of the pipe shed cover arches are connected with the slide-resistant piles through connecting steel bars which are inserted into the steel bar sleeves; and the pipe shed cover arches comprise profile steel arch frames which are arranged on the tunnel portal hole forming face, hole opening pipes which are arranged on the top faces of the profile steel arch frames at intervals and concrete which is poured in the space between the top faces of the profile steel arch frames and slide-resistant piles on both sides of the tunnel portal hole forming face. According to the pile-arch integrated protection structure, the problems that in the prior art, accidents such as tunnel top collapse and main body structure cracking are caused because the pipe shed cover arches are easy to slide in the axial direction of a tunnel, the pipe shed cover arches are easy to slide in the side slope direction, and the whole pipe shed cover arches sink are solved.
