The invention discloses a preparation method of a monocrystalline silicon furnace crucible carbon fiber preform. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: preparing carbon fiber unit layer cloth; respectively cutting the carbon fiber unit layer cloth into a preform thickening layer gray fabric and a preform integral layer gray fabric, the thickness of the preform thickening layer gray fabric being smaller than that of the preform integral layer gray fabric; laying and needling the preform thickening layer gray fabric on a preform mold in a continuous laying manner to form a preform thickening layer; and laying and needling the preform integral layer gray fabric on a preform mold in a continuous laying manner to form a preform integral layer. The circumferential fibers of the crucible unit layers are continuous and have no joints, so that the circumferential strength of the crucible can be enhanced, and the service life of the crucible is further prolonged.
本发明公开了一种单晶硅炉坩埚碳纤维预制体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:制作碳纤维单元层布;将所述碳纤维单元层布分别裁剪成预制体增厚层坯布和预制体整体层坯布,所述预制体增厚层坯布的厚度小于所述预制体整体层坯布的厚度;将所述预制体增厚层坯布采用连续铺层方式在预制体模具上铺设针刺成型,形成预制体增厚层;将所述预制体整体层坯布采用连续铺层方式在所述预制体模具上铺设针刺成型,形成预制体整体层。本发明的坩埚单元层的环向纤维连续,没有接缝,可以增强坩埚环向强度,进而延长坩埚的使用寿命。
