The invention belongs to the field of ceramic tile adhesives, and particularly relates to a dust-free ceramic tile adhesive, a preparation method thereof and a vaporization spraying device. The dust-free ceramic tile adhesive is prepared from following raw materials: PO Portland cement, 1# special graded sand, 2# special graded sand, kaolin, active fly ash, graphene oxide, cellulose ether, latex powder, calcium formate, modified tire rubber powder, silane coupling agent and dust-free oil. In order to solve the problem of the performance of the oily tile adhesive with the introduced oily substance, active chemical substances such as active graphene, fly ash and kaolin are introduced, and then formula optimization is carried out, so that a dust-free tile adhesive formula system with the optimal cost performance is obtained; and on the basis of a basic ceramic tile adhesive formula, active materials such as active silicon dioxide, graphene oxide, kaolin, tire rubber powder and a silane coupling agent are introduced, and the oil-containing ceramic tile adhesive is modified and improved. The formula is optimized and debugged, so that the physical and mechanical properties of the dust-free ceramic tile adhesive are improved on year-on-year basis under the condition that the ceramic tile adhesive powder is dust-free.
