The invention discloses an opposite-flushing module, an opposite-flushing type high-pressure water jet trencher and an operation method of the opposite-flushing type high-pressure water jet trencher. Under the control of an underwater cable robot, the opposite-flushing type high-pressure water jet trencher moves vertically and horizontally by means of a vertical propeller and a horizontal propeller of the cable robot, the movement is flexible, and the trencher can conveniently and quickly reach an operation site; a high-pressure jet flow mechanism operates, trenching operation is conducted after the diameter, the distance and the water jet flow direction of small nozzles are adjusted, meanwhile, an opposite-flushing mechanism operates synchronously, the spraying direction of large-flow nozzles is adjusted through a direction adjusting rudder plate so as to balance the counter-acting force brought by the high-pressure jet flow mechanism; and finally, continuous trenching operation is achieved in cooperation with crawler wheels. By additionally arranging the adjustable opposite-flushing mechanism, reacting force generated by water jet is counteracted, and the problem that the reacting force generated by high-pressure water jet during trenching seriously affects the trenching operation efficiency and the operation stability is solved.
