The invention relates to an urban landscape rainwater collecting, purifying and recycling system. The system is characterized by comprising a reservoir (1), a ground rainwater collecting pool (2), a vertical green plant pot (3), a drainage pipeline (4) and a green plant irrigation pipeline (5); the reservoir (1) is connected to the ground rainwater collecting pool (2) through the drainage pipeline (4); the reservoir (1) is further connected to the vertical green plant pot (3) through the green plant irrigation pipeline (5); and an automatic control valve (6) is arranged on the drainage pipeline (4) and is electrically connected to an automatic controller (7). According to the system, rainwater enters the rainwater collecting pool on the ground through multi-stage treatment, and the rainwater can be directly used as domestic water of building residents; and automatic control is adopted for drainage of the vertical green plants, moisture in the green plants is detected through a humidity detector, and moisture supply of the green plants is guaranteed. The technical scheme has the advantages that the structural design is ingenious, rainwater is fully utilized and collected, and water resources are saved.
