The invention belongs to the related field of smart city buildings, and particularly relates to a building excrement energy-saving recycling system and method. The main body structure of the system comprises a blade wheel, a solid conveying pipe, a solid pollution discharge pool, a liquid pollution discharge pool, small stones for filtering and an internal circulation pipe; the blade wheel is mounted below a main blow-off pipe of the building; the solid conveying pipe is arranged at the left lower part of the blade wheel, and the bottom of the solid conveying pipe is connected with the solid pollution discharge pool; an ultra-high-temperature heating system is arranged in the solid pollution discharge tank; the liquid pollution discharge pool is located under the blade wheel and is divided into an upper layer and a lower layer; and the bottom end of the internal circulation pipe is communicated with the lower layer of the liquid blowdown pool, and the top end is communicated with a toilet water supply pipeline of each floor. According to the system, solid and liquid in discharged sewage of a toilet are separated and are respectively treated to be recycled, the separation method is simple, effective, rapid, scientific and reasonable, the recycling rate is high, energy recovery of a building is improved, and urban development is facilitated.
