The invention discloses a drainage pipeline desilting device. The desilting device comprises a fixed seat body, a rotary desilting piece, a driving piece, a rotatable baffle, a water spraying cleaning piece and an adjusting piece. The rotary desilting piece is connected to the top of the fixed seat body and is used for smashing sludge in a pipeline; the driving piece is connected to the fixed seat body and is in linkage with local rotation of the rotary desilting piece; the rotatable baffle is connected to the fixed seat body and arranged at the left side of the rotary desilting piece; the water spraying cleaning piece is connected to the fixed seat body and is connected with the driving piece, and under the driving of the driving piece, the water spraying cleaning piece locally rotates and sprays water to wash and soften sludge in the pipeline; and the adjusting piece is connected to the fixed seat body and is in linkage with the local up-down moving position of the water spraying cleaning piece, and when the adjusting piece moves upwards, the water spraying cleaning piece ejects the rotatable baffle open and protrudes out of the top of the fixed seat body. Therefore, the technical problems that the sludge cleaning effect is relatively poor, and sludge is still prone to accumulation in the later period are solved.
