The invention relates to a concrete vibrating device. The concrete vibrating device comprises a vibrating rod, a transmission body, a jacket, a vent hole, an exhaust hole and an air entraining mechanism, wherein the transmission body is connected with the vibrating rod; the jacket is arranged on the outer side of the vibrating rod in a sleeving manner; a ventilating cavity is formed between the inner side of the jacket and the vibrating rod; the vent hole is formed in a side wall of the jacket and communicates with the ventilating cavity and the outside; the exhaust hole is formed in the upper end of the jacket and is used for exhausting air in the ventilating cavity; and the air entraining mechanism is arranged on the outer side wall of the jacket and is used for introducing air into the ventilating cavity through the vent hole. The concrete vibrating device is simple in structure and convenient to use, bubbles in concrete can further be eliminated rapidly while vibrating is carried out, and the compactness of the concrete is improved.
