The method comprises the steps that defect parts are chiseled, the structural defect parts on a concrete structure are chiseled to form notch areas, loose surface layers are removed, concrete aggregate is exposed, subsequent filler makes direct contact with the solid part of the concrete structure, the filler is firmly combined with an old structural surface, and falling off in the using period cannot be caused; different kinds of filler are selected according to crack types, the quality after repairing is guaranteed, secondary repairing is greatly reduced, the cost is reduced, and the good practical benefits are achieved; fine filler and coarse filler are adopted to be used together, the coarse filler is used for conducting coarse repairing on the position with the large crack, the fine filler is used for conducting fine repairing on the position close to the structural surface layer, and in the process, hanging is adopted for conducting screeding and then polishing the surface; and a bottom layer protective agent, a middle layer protective agent and a surface layer protective agent are arranged to be perfectly fused with an original structure, and no difference exists in appearance.
本发明公开了一种清水混凝土墙面裂缝修复施工方法，缺陷部位剔凿，对混凝土结构上的结构缺陷部位进行剔凿形成缺口区域，去除松散表层，露出混凝土骨料，使后续的填充料与混凝土结构的坚实部分直接接触，使填充料与旧结构面结合牢固，不会造成使用期间脱落，并且根据裂缝种类选取不同的填充料，保证修复后的质量得到保证，大大减少了二次修补，减少了成本，具有很好的实用效益，采用细型填充料和粗型填充料一起使用，隙较大的位置先使用粗型填充料进行粗补，靠近结构面层的位置使用细型填充料细补，并且过程中采用挂到进行抹平再对表面进行打磨，通过设置底层保护剂、中层保护剂和面层保护剂做到与原结构完美融合，观感上不出现差别。
