The invention discloses a method for improving the plugging efficiency of an aluminum template structure bolt hole. The method comprises the following steps that a conical grinding tool with the diameter being the same as that of the bolt hole is manufactured, the length of the conical grinding tool is 10mm smaller than the thickness of a wall, the small end of the conical grinding tool is plugged, and a reserved hole is reserved in the small end of the conical grinding tool; the interior of the conical grinding tool is treated through a release agent, then mortar is injected into the conical grinding tool, slight vibration and compaction are carried out, and after the strength is reached, a prefabricated part is dismounted and placed in a standard curing chamber to be cured till the design strength is reached; after an aluminum template plate is dismounted, the prefabricated part is conveniently mounted when a conical bolt sleeve on the structure wall is dismounted, and then cement mortar doped with a micro-expansion agent is adopted for plugging; and during construction of the to-be-decorated stage, whether the plugging bolt hole is not tightly plugged or not is checked, and defect checking and leakage repairing are carried out in time. According to the method, the strength meets the structural design requirement, operation is easy and convenient, and the work efficiency is high.
本发明公开了一种提高铝模板结构螺栓眼封堵效率的方法,包括以下步骤:制作直径大小和螺栓眼相同的锥形磨具,且锥形磨具的长度比墙体厚度小10mm,锥形磨具的小端封堵并留置有预留眼;先将锥形磨具内用脱模剂处理,接着将砂浆注入锥形磨具内,轻微振捣密实,待达到强度后将预制件拆出,并将其放置于标准养护室内进行养护,直至达到设计强度;当铝膜板拆除后,在拆出结构墙体上的锥形螺栓套管时随手将预制件进行安装,然后采用掺有微膨胀剂的水泥砂浆进行封堵;待装饰装修阶段施工时,检查封堵螺栓眼是否存在封堵不严密,及时查缺补漏。本发明强度满足结构设计要求,操作简便,工作效率高。
