The synthetic fibers are introduced into the glass fiber cement, after a cement product is cracked, the synthetic fibers stretching across cracks can become a main bearing person of external force, and compared with existing cement, the cement has high tensile strength and bending resistance ultimate strength, and particularly, the toughness is greatly improved; mixing and stirring are conducted in the mode that dry stirring is conducted firstly and then wet stirring is conducted, the phenomenon that glass fibers and synthetic fibers are damaged due to simultaneous mixing and wet stirring can be effectively avoided, the phenomenon that the glass fibers and the synthetic fibers are agglomerated due to long-time wet stirring can also be avoided, the situation that the overall quality of glass fiber cement is affected is avoided, and the effect is better.
本发明公开一种玻璃纤维水泥,该玻璃纤维水泥由以下重量份数的原料组成:石灰石65‑75份、粘土10‑15份、铁矿0.5‑1.5份、煤8.5‑10.5份、消泡剂1‑3份、早强剂0.5‑2.5份、玻璃纤维5‑10份、合成纤维5‑10份;本发明通过在玻璃纤维水泥中引入合成纤维,合成纤维当水泥制品发生开裂后,横跨裂缝的合成纤维能够成为外力的主要承受者,与现有水泥相比具有较高的抗拉与抗弯极限强度,尤以韧性提高的幅度为大,采用先先干拌后湿拌的方式进行混合搅拌,能够有效的避免同时混合湿拌导致玻璃纤维和合成纤维被破坏的现象,而且也能够避免长时间湿拌导致出现玻璃纤维和合成纤维结团的现象,避免影响整体玻璃纤维水泥的质量,效果更好。
