Sound-insulation and heat-insulation lightweight concrete and production process thereof
The invention discloses sound-insulation and heat-insulation lightweight concrete and a production process thereof. The sound-insulation and heat-insulation lightweight concrete comprises the following components: water; cement; a foaming agent, stone powder; an anti-crack fiber; coal cinder; glass fibers; asbestos; rubber particles; and metal wires. The glass fibers in a certain proportion are added during manufacturing, the heat insulation effect of the concrete can be improved during later use, then the asbestos silk yarns are added in the concrete, and similarly, the asbestos silk yarns are matched with the glass fibers and the anti-crack fibers for use during preparation of the concrete, and the firmness and the compactness of the entire concrete are further increased. Meanwhile, asbestos silk threads in the concrete can also play a role in heat insulation and sound insulation, rubber particles are further doped in the concrete, and the rubber particles firstly can improve the deformation anti-cracking capability of the concrete due to thermal expansion and cold contraction, meanwhile, the rubber particles with the rough surfaces can consume transmitted sound waves when being impacted by the sound waves, and the noise reduction and sound insulation effects are achieved.
