Multi-gradient wettability copper wire array and preparation method and application thereof
The invention discloses a preparation method for a multi-gradient wettability copper wire array. The preparation method comprises the following steps that red copper wires are ultrasonically cleaned by a hydrochloric acid solution, acetone and ethyl alcohol in sequence, and are dried after cleaning is completed; the plurality of red copper wires are tightly arranged, and bonded with a conductive adhesive to obtain a copper wire array; the obtained copper wire array is vertically put into a copper sulfate solution, electrolysis is carried out by taking the copper wire array as an anode and a copper sheet as a cathode, and liquid leakage is carried out for gradient electrochemical corrosion in the electrolysis process to obtain a conical copper wire array; and the obtained conical copper wire array is vertically placed into a mixed solution of sodium hydroxide and absolute ethyl alcohol with the conical top facing upwards, and electrolysis is carried out by taking the conical copper wire array as the anode and the copper sheet as the cathode to obtain the multi-gradient wettability copper wire array. The obtained multi-gradient wettability copper wire array can achieve rapid and continuous water collection, is high in water collection efficiency, large in water collection amount, low in preparation cost, simple in preparation method, and long in service life, and can be used for fog collection in arid foggy areas and coastal little-rain areas.
