The invention discloses a road bridge crack repairing and reinforcing structure and reinforcing method. The structure comprises a concrete block and an adjusting device, the concrete blocks are formed by pouring after digging holes in the cracks; a shaping steel plate is fixedly mounted on the concrete block; a plurality of adjusting devices are arranged between the shaping steel plates; a mortar layer is poured on the outer side of the shaping steel plate, and a top plate is welded to the top part of the same; a medium-grain asphalt bottom layer and an asphalt surface layer are laid at the upper end of the top plate. Holes are dug in the cracks, and the contact area of poured concrete and an original roadbed is enlarged; an adjusting device is arranged in the middle of the shaping steel plate, and the clamping rods on the sleeves on the two sides are ejected out through ejector rods and inserted into a poured mortar layer; therefore, tensile force is generated between the steel plate and the mortar layer, so that secondary cracking of the pavement after repairing is prevented; besides, auxiliary plates are hinged to the two ends of the top plate body, the angles between the auxiliary plates and the top plate body can be adjusted according to the inclination of the road surface, connection stability between the crack repairing and reinforcing structure and an original roadbed is improved, and the service life of the reinforcing structure is prolonged.
本发明公开了一种道路桥梁的裂缝修复加固结构及加固方法,包括混凝土块和调节装置,混凝土块在裂缝处挖坑后浇筑成型,混凝土块上固定安装定型钢板,定型钢板中间设置若干调节装置,两侧焊接若干套管,定型钢板外侧浇筑砂浆层,顶部焊接顶板,顶板上端铺设中粒沥青底层和沥青面层,本发明在裂缝处挖坑,扩大浇筑的混凝土和原路基的接触面积,在定型钢板中间设置调节装置,通过顶杆将两侧套管上的卡杆顶出,插入浇筑的砂浆层内,在钢板和砂浆层之间相互产生拉力,防止路面在修补后二次裂开;顶板主体两端铰接辅助板,可根据路面的斜度调节辅助板和顶板主体之间的角度,增加裂缝修复加固结构和原路基之间的连接稳固,增加加固结构的使用寿命。
