The invention discloses an air suction and dust removal device. The device comprises a top cover flange, wherein the top cover flange is of a structure with a groove in the middle; an upper cover air duct is arranged below the middle slot of the top cover flange; a plurality of symmetrical ventilation holes are formed in the upper cover air duct; a filter element is fixed on each ventilation hole; a reverse blowing air duct assembly is arranged above the top cover flange, an upper cover air duct outlet is formed in one side of the reverse blowing air duct assembly and connected with an air inducing pipeline, and a honeycomb type fan box is arranged below the air inducing pipeline. The air suction and dust removal device can be used in cooperation with a leaf cleaning device, and dust removal can be conducted on sucked air while the leaves are adsorbed and collected. The device is provided with the reverse blowing air channel combination body, so that the dust on the filter element can be automatically cleaned, and damage to the fan is avoided.
