The invention discloses a canal sludge treatment process and a canal landscape system. The canal sludge treatment process comprises the following steps that S1, after drainage, consolidating sludge deposited at the bottom of a canal by adopting a sludge consolidation agent; S2, parapet walls are built at the tops of the two banks of a water channel; S3, after sludge consolidation is completed, the consolidated sludge is moved to the two banks of the water channel, side slopes are formed on the banks, and the gradient of the side slopes is 1: 6-1: 10; S4, an anti-sliding supporting system is arranged on the side slope, the anti-sliding supporting system comprises two supporting systems arranged on the upper portion and the lower portion of the side slope correspondingly, each supporting system comprises a plurality of foundation piles inserted into the side slope, and concrete is poured on the tops of the foundation piles to form a concrete layer; and S5, block diameter stones or goose warming stones are laid on the surface of the side slope to form a protective layer. According to the canal sludge treatment process and the canal landscape system, not only can the consolidation of the canal sludge be realized, but also the sludge recycling can be realized.
