The invention discloses a protection device for a building adjacent to an open cut tunnel. The protection device comprises a building body, a foundation pit, a fixing support and grouting pipes; the building body is located at one side of the foundation pit, the distance between the building body and the foundation pit is a safe distance, the foundation pit is excavated from top to bottom, and the fixing support is installed at the side, close to the building body, in the foundation pit; and the fixing support comprises a plurality of connecting frames and a bottom frame, the connecting frames and the bottom frame are each of a front-back opening design, the adjacent connecting frames are connected with each other, the connecting frame at the lowest end is connected with the bottom frame, the bottom frame is fixed to the bottom of the foundation pit through anchor rods, and the grouting pipes are installed in the connecting frames and the bottom frame and can move in the connecting frames and the bottom frame. The protection device is reasonable in design; and the grouting pipes can conduct grouting operation on soil at the bottom of the building body so as to reinforce the soil, and the bearing capacity of a foundation is enhanced.
本发明公开了一种明挖隧道邻近建筑物保护装置，包括建筑物本体、基坑、固定支架、注浆管，所述建筑物本体位于基坑一侧，且建筑物本体与基坑之间的距离为安全距离，基坑从上向下开挖，基坑内靠近建筑物本体的一侧安装有固定支架，所述固定支架包括连接框、底框，连接框及底框均为前后敞口设计，连接框设有多个，相邻的连接框相互连接，最下端的连接框与底框连接，底框利用锚杆固定在基坑的底部，注浆管安装在连接框、底框内，注浆管能在连接框、底框内进行移动。本发明设计合理；注浆管能对建筑物本体底部的土壤进行注浆操作从而对土壤进行加固，加强了地基的承载力。
