The invention provides a drilling and pouring type cement-soil pile and relates to the technical field of construction engineering. The drilling and pouring type cement-soil pile is applied to a row pile support; the row pile support comprises a plurality of cement-soil piles and concrete piles; a reinforcement cage is arranged in each concrete pile; the concrete piles and the cement-soil piles are arranged at intervals; every two adjacent piles are engaged with each other; the diameter of each cement-soil pile is equal to that of each concrete pile; every two adjacent concrete piles are engaged with each other to form two cement-soil piles; every two adjacent concrete piles are engaged with each other to form one cement-soil pile; arc-shaped grooves are formed in the two sides of the section of each single cement-soil pile; an arc-shaped groove is formed in one side of the section of each single cement-soil pile; and each cement-soil pile is made of soil, cement, sand, water, gravel, a waterproof agent, a pumping agent and plastic fibers. By the adoption of the technical scheme, the drilling and pouring type cement-soil pile has the advantages that the compressive strength, tensile strength and impermeability of the cement-soil pile are improved, muck or sludge or mud is fully utilized, the cost is reduced by reducing the use amount of cement, and the discharge amount of waste such as sludge, muck and mud is effectively reduced.
