The leakage treatment of the rail transit underground platform is realized by adopting a superfine cement-modified water glass chemical grouting mode, wherein modified water glass takes a metal salt and an auxiliary agent as a modification material, the modulus of a water glass solution is 2.4-2.8, the concentration of the water glass solution is controlled in a range of 30-45Be', and the volume ratio of cement paste to the modified water glass solution is 1: 0.4-1: 0.6 when the modified water glass solution is 40Be'. According to the method of the grouting waterproof curtain in leakage treatment of the rail transit underground platform, core-pulling detection can be carried out on crack filling and compactness within a construction range; compactness detection can also be carried out by using ultrasonic waves; dynamic load grouting is feasible in technology, cracks do not appear on original reinforced portions of bridges, buildings or water leakage portions reinforced through grouting, water leakage does not occur any more, and the permanent bonding reinforcing effect is achieved from the structural level.
本发明公开了一种灌浆防水帷幕在轨道交通地下站台渗漏治理中的方法,采用超细水泥‑改性水玻璃化学灌浆方式实现轨道交通地下站台的渗漏治理;其中,改性水玻璃以金属盐、助剂作为改性材料,所用的水玻璃溶液模数为2.4‑2.8,浓度控制在30‑45Be'范围内,当改性水玻璃溶液为40Be’时,水泥浆与改性水玻璃溶液体积比为1:0.4‑1:0.6;本发明可以对施工范围内的裂缝充填、密实度进行抽芯检测;也可以利用超声波进行密实度检测。动荷载灌浆在技术上是可行的,经过灌浆加固的桥梁、建筑物或渗漏水部位,不会在原加固部位重新出现裂缝,不再渗漏水,从结构层面来说得到了永久的粘结补强效果。
