The comprehensive pipe gallery cabin comprises a water communication cabin and an electric power cabin; a water communication cabin ventilation opening and an electric power cabin ventilation opening are formed in pipe gallery top plates of the water communication cabin and the electric power cabin correspondingly and are communicated with the ventilation interlayers on the upper layer, and middle partition walls are arranged in the ventilation interlayers to divide the water communication cabin ventilation opening and the electric power cabin ventilation opening into two areas of the water communication cabin and electric power cabin ventilation interlayers; each middle partition wall is formed by connecting a first transverse partition wall with a longitudinal partition wall connected with a second transverse partition wall; an interlayer fireproof door is arranged on each second transverse partition wall and is communicated with the water communication cabin and electric power cabin ventilation interlayers; a first middle partition wall is arranged between every two adjacent ventilation openings of the electric power cabin ventilation interlayer for separation, and an electric power cabin fireproof door is arranged on each first middle partition wall to communicate the two sides; the positions located at the two sides of each longitudinal partition wall and on bottom plates of the water communication cabin and electric power cabin ventilation interlayers are each provided with a collecting sump, the opposite directions of the upper portions of the collecting sumps are each provided with an independent open ventilation pavilion, and the open ventilation pavilions directly reach the ground; and the anti-flooding capacity of the ventilation pavilions and a pipe gallery is improved.
