The sealing connection structure is installed on each of two sides of a pipeline, the sealing connection structure comprises a frame body fixed at one side of the pipeline and an insertion plate fixedly installed at the other side of the pipeline, and the sealing connection structure further comprises sealing rubber layers. The two sealing rubber layers are installed at the two ends of the pipeline correspondingly, when two pipelines are connected, the insertion plate is inserted into the frame, in the inserting process, a power mechanism is triggered to work and drives a sliding mechanism to move, and after the sliding mechanism moves to the sealing rubber layers on the two pipelines to be connected in a sealed manner, an elastic supporting mechanism is triggered to move, a telescopic shaft vertically moves downwards and penetrates through a through hole formed in the insertion plate, and therefore the two pipelines are fixed, and the stable sealing connection state between the two pipelines is kept.
