The invention discloses a hard plate capable of being directly pasted and paved. The hard plate comprises a hard base plate layer and an elastic material layer, wherein the hard base plate layer does not contain a plasticizer; the elastic material layer is a soft material layer with resilience force, glue is applied to the upper and lower surfaces of the elastic material layer, the elastic material layer is bonded with the hard base plate layer through the upper glue, and the lower glue of the elastic material layer is bonded with the ground. The hard plate capable of being directly pasted and paved has the advantages of good adhesive force, good foot feeling, convenience in paving and simple preparation process and can adapt to uneven ground.
