The invention discloses a lifting device arranged on a scaffold. The lifting device comprises at least four vertical pipes distributed in a rectangular shape, a lower bracket and a workbench, wherein the lower bracket and the workbench are arranged between the vertical pipes; at least one lifting bag is arranged between the lower bracket and the workbench and used for filling or discharging fluid to control the workbench to ascend and descend; the at least four vertical pipes are each provided with a guide sleeve; the guide sleeves are detachably connected with the workbench and further connected with the edges of the lifting bags through flexible cables; the lower bracket is detachably connected with the vertical pipes; the vertical pipes are not provided with connecting pieces within the guide range of the guide sleeves; the lifting bags are connected with a fluid pump through connecting pipes; the connecting pipes are provided with electromagnetic valves; the electromagnetic valves and the fluid pump are connected with a controller; and the controller is in wireless connection with a remote controller controlling the lifting bags to ascend and descend. By means of the lifting device, the problems that when construction is conducted on the scaffold, the construction height cannot be freely adjusted, and consequently the construction difficulty is increased, and the construction danger coefficient is increased are solved.
