The invention discloses a vertical rotation lifting system for steel members. The vertical rotation lifting system involves a vertical rotation pushing device and a lifting device, wherein the vertical rotation pushing device comprises a hydraulic crawler, a hydraulic oil cylinder, a sliding rail and a sliding shoe, and the lifting device comprises two hydraulic lifters and a lifting tower; and the lifting tower comprises six tower main limbs, a first supporting rod, a second supporting rod, a triangular first supporting frame, a triangular second supporting frame, a lifting beam and a plurality of first connecting rods. In this way, according to the vertical rotation lifting system for the steel members, the additional load on the steel members such as a steel truss is small, uniform stress is guaranteed, and therefore the vertical rotation stability of the steel members is guaranteed; and the bearing reliability of the steel members in the lifting process can be guaranteed.
