The acidic volcanic lava is adopted to replace traditional clay and acidic volcanic lava low-temperature materials, is in a molten state at the temperature of 1000-1200 DEG C, is a good fluxing agent, is beneficial to quick sintering of clinker, has excellent adsorbability, catalytic property and ion exchange property, can reduce smoke dust in a kiln, has high activity, can improve the performance quality of cement, and is suitable for industrial production. The waste gas of the rotary kiln is adopted to preheat the raw material, so that part of carbonate of the raw material can be decomposed, the heat exchange efficiency between gas and solid is improved to the maximum extent, the firing time is shortened, and the energy consumption is reduced.
本发明涉及水泥生产技术领域,具体是一种新法硅酸盐水泥生产方法,包括如下重量份的原料:石灰石66‑88份、酸性火山熔岩2‑12份,辅助原料3‑9份,矿化剂2‑7份。本发明采用酸性火山熔岩代替传统粘土,酸性火山熔岩系低温材料,在1000‑1200度温度成熔融状态,是良好的助熔剂,有利于熟料快速烧成,并且具有优良的吸附性、催化性、离子交换性,可减少窑炉内的烟尘,具有高活性,可改善水泥的性能质量,采用回转窑废气预热生料,可以使生料部分碳酸盐分解,最大限度的提高了气固间的换热效率,缩短了烧制时间,降低了能耗。
