The invention relates to the field of water reducing agents, in particular to a preparation method of a mud-resistant polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. The method comprises the following steps: S1, adding unsaturated polyoxyethylene ether macromonomer and polyhydric alcohol into a reactor, performing heating to 65-85 DEG C, performing full melting, adding the mixture into a desalted water solution together with unsaturated micromonomer and a vinyl silane coupling agent, and carrying out free radical copolymerization reaction under the action of an oxidation-reduction initiator and a chain transfer agent to obtain an anti-mud polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent mother solution; S2, compounding the mud-resistant polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent mother liquor prepared in the step S1 with triisopropanolamine and SOLIDRY to obtain the mud-resistant polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent. The obtained water reducer has excellent mud resistance, is especially suitable for areas with high mud content of aggregate, has the advantages of low mixing amount, high water reduction and high slump loss resistance, and is simple in preparation process.
本发明涉及减水剂领域,具体涉及一种抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:S1、将不饱和聚氧乙烯醚大单体、多元醇加入到反应器中,升温至65~85℃,充分熔融后,与不饱和小单体、乙烯基硅烷偶联剂一起加入脱盐水溶液中,在氧化‑还原引发剂、链转移剂的作用下进行自由基共聚反应,得到抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂母液;S2、将步骤S1中制备得到的抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂母液与三异丙醇胺、SOLIDRY进行复配得到抗泥型聚羧酸减水剂。本发明所得的减水剂具有优良的抗泥性,特别适用于骨料含泥量高的地区,并且具有低掺量、高减水、高保坍的优点,同时制备工艺简单。
