The present invention provides a strontium permanent magnetic ferrite preparation method, which comprises the steps of S1, mixing a ferrite pre-sintering material with water, sequentially adding a dispersant and light calcium carbonate, uniformly mixing, and carrying out ball milling to obtain a slurry; the ferrite pre-sintering material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 89.88% of ferric oxide, 9.73% of strontium oxide and 0.2% of barium oxide; 0.17% of silicon dioxide, 0.01% of phosphorus pentoxide and 0.01% of sulfur trioxide; the mass ratio of the ferrite pre-sintering material to the water to the dispersing agent to the light carbonic acid is 1: (0.5-1): (0.002-0.0075): (0.03-0.055); the dispersing agent is at least one of gamma-aminopropyl triethoxy silane and gamma-glycidyl ether oxypropyl trimethoxy silane; s2, carrying out compression molding on the slurry obtained in the step S1 to obtain a green body; and S3, sintering the green body obtained in the step S2 to obtain the strontium permanent magnetic ferrite. The strontium permanent magnetic ferrite prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is good in magnetic performance and small in crystal form influence.
本发明提供一种锶永磁铁氧体的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将铁氧体预烧料与水混合后,依次加入分散剂、轻质碳酸钙并混合均匀,球磨后得到料浆;铁氧体预烧料含有各组分的质量分数为三氧化二铁89.88%、氧化锶9.73%、氧化钡0.2%;二氧化硅0.17%、五氧化二磷0.01%和三氧化硫0.01%;铁氧体预烧料、水、分散剂和轻质碳酸的质量比为1:(0.5~1):(0.002~0.0075):(0.03~0.055);分散剂为γ‑氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷和γ‑缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷中的至少一种;S2、将步骤S1得到的料浆压制成型,得到生坯;S3、将步骤S2得到的生坯进行烧结,得到锶永磁铁氧体。本发明制备方法制得的锶永磁铁氧体磁性能好,晶型影响小。
