The invention provides a carbon fiber preform, a preparation method thereof and a densification method of the carbon fiber preform, and belongs to the technical field of composite material preparation. According to the carbon fiber preform, a metal layer (formed by transition metal) is prepared on the surface of a carbon fiber bundle, and an adsorption effect exists between the transition metal and a carbon nanomaterial, so that the deposition of the carbon nanomaterial is facilitated; then soaking treatment is carried out in a dispersion liquid of a carbon nanomaterial, so that the carbon nanomaterial can be deposited among the carbon fiber bundles wrapped with the metal layers, macropores at nodes among the carbon fiber bundles in the carbon fiber preform are divided into a plurality of micropores, and the specific surface area of the carbon fiber preform is increased; and when the carbon fiber preform is used for preparing a carbon-based composite material or a ceramic-based composite material based on a CVI (Chemical Vapor Infiltration) method, due to a capillary aggregation phenomenon, rapid densification is more favorably realized, the process period for preparing the carbon-based composite material or the ceramic-based composite material can be shortened, the production cost can be reduced, and the product performance is excellent.
本发明提供了一种碳纤维预制体及其制备方法和碳纤维预制体的致密化方法,属于复合材料制备技术领域。本发明通过在碳纤维束的表面制备金属层(由过渡金属形成),过渡金属与碳纳米材料之间存在吸附作用,更有利于碳纳米材料的沉积;之后通过在碳纳米材料的分散液中进行浸泡处理,能够将碳纳米材料沉积于包裹有金属层的碳纤维束之间,使碳纤维预制体中碳纤维束之间的结点处的大孔隙被分成若干个微孔隙,且增加了碳纤维预制体的比表面积,利用该碳纤维预制体基于CVI法制备碳基复合材料或陶瓷基复合材料时,由于毛细管聚集现象,更有利于实现快速致密化,能够缩短制备碳基复合材料或陶瓷基复合材料的工艺周期,降低生产成本,且产品性能优异。
