The invention provides a stripping device for a building machinery pressing roller and a using method. The stripping device comprises a protection structure. A transmission structure is mounted on the outer side face of the protection structure, and a mounting structure is arranged in the protection structure. A knocking structure and a sweeping structure are mounted on the mounting structure. The protection structure comprises a mounting frame, an auxiliary plate, a pressure spring and a scraper, two compression rollers are mounted on the mounting frame, the scraper is mounted on the outer side face close to the compression rollers, the whole scraper is mounted on the mounting frame in a hinged connection mode, and the pressure spring is additionally mounted between the outer side position close to the scraper and the scraper. The scraper serves as a main stripping structure of the pressing roller, the scraper is directly and tightly installed on the outer wall of the pressing roller, meanwhile, the scraper is installed on the mounting frame in a hinged mode, the pressure spring is installed on the outer side of the scraper, the scraper is made to be directly and tightly attached to the pressing roller through the pressure spring, and thus, the scraper can preliminarily strip the pressing roller.
