The invention provides a fabricated bridge which comprises a prefabricated pipe pile, prefabricated cover beams and prefabricated steel beam frames, a first groove is formed in the upper end face of each prefabricated cover beam, a second groove is formed in the lower end face of the prefabricated cover beam, the top of the prefabricated pipe pile is inserted into the second groove, an adjusting base plate is arranged between the top of the prefabricated pipe pile and the second groove, the bottom of the prefabricated pipe pile is inserted into a pile hole formed in the ground in advance and fixedly connected through cement stirring soil, the two prefabricated steel beam frames are connected to form a steel beam frame section, the two ends of the steel beam frame section are installed in the first grooves of the two adjacent prefabricated cover beams correspondingly, pedals are laid on the tops of the prefabricated steel beam frames, and guardrails are arranged on the two sides of the pedals. The prefabricated parts are adopted in the whole construction process, a bridge is built by splicing and connecting the prefabricated parts, the concrete pouring procedure is not involved, the influence of the environment temperature is avoided, the construction period is greatly shortened, the occupied area of equipment is small, the technology is simple, and construction operation is easy.
本发明提出了一种装配式桥梁,包括预制管桩、预制盖梁和预制钢梁架,预制盖梁的上端面设置有第一凹槽,下端面开设有第二凹槽,预制管桩的顶部插设于第二凹槽内,且预制管桩的顶部与第二凹槽之间设置有调节垫板,预制管桩的底部用于插入地面预先开设的桩孔内,并通过水泥搅拌土固连,两个预制钢梁架连接形成一个钢梁架节段,钢梁架节段的两端分别安装于相邻的两个预制盖梁的第一凹槽内,预制钢梁架的顶部铺设有踩踏板,并于踩踏板两侧设置有护栏,整个施工过程采用预制件,并通过拼装连接各预制件实现桥梁的建造,不涉及混凝土浇筑工序,不受环境温度的影响,大大缩短了施工周期,且设备占地面积小,工艺简单,易于施工操作。
