The invention discloses an ecological wave dissipation block structure which is a concrete artificial block structure. A block main body is a rectangular block with inwards concave side edges, a vertically through hole is formed in the center of the block main body, an outwards convex foot is arranged at each of the four corners of the bottom of the block main body, each foot is in the shape of a prismatic table, the end part of the foot is inwards contracted, and four pits are formed in the positions, corresponding to the four feet, of the top of the block main body; and strip-shaped grooves and strip-shaped protrusions or point-shaped grooves and point-shaped protrusions are arranged at the non-pit positions of the top face of the main body and the non-foot portions of the side face of the main body, and therefore the roughness is improved. By means of the ecological wave dissipation block structure, on the premise that the safety protection function is met, inhabitation and attachment of marine organisms are facilitated, and the ecological benefits of the ecological wave dissipation block structure as a protective surface structure are improved.
