According to the anti-collision device, the inflatable telescopic cylinder is pushed to be compressed in a small range through fluctuation of the water surface, so that inflation expansion of the annular floating bag is achieved, the anti-collision device is pushed to float upwards as the size of the annular floating bag is increased and the borne buoyancy is increased, and inflation floating is stopped until the bottom of the fan blade plate is completely separated from the water surface; therefore, the anti-collision device is always located at a proper water level height, and the purpose that the anti-collision device is automatically adjusted according to water level changes is achieved.
