The water supply and drainage control device comprises a pressure-resistant blocking piece and a hose with fabric, wherein an inlet of the hose is connected with a water outlet channel in a sealed mode; the pressure-resistant blocking piece is arranged corresponding to an outlet of the water outlet channel and is installed in the water outlet channel or at the outlet of the water outlet channel; and when the pressure in the hose is smaller than the pressure outside the hose, at least part of the inner wall of the hose can be tightly attached to each other under the action of the difference between the pressure inside the hose and the pressure outside the hose, and static sealing is formed. According to the structure, static sealing can be formed on the hose through the difference between the pressure inside the hose and the pressure outside the hose, so that control over non-return, cut-off and the like of the water outlet channel is achieved, and the sealing and shielding effect of a product is guaranteed. Meanwhile, the structure can be directly installed at outlets of a valve, a drainage vehicle water pump, a ship ballast water pump and the like so as to achieve control over non-return, cut-off and the like of the valve and the water pump. The structure can be combined with the valve so as to effectively solve the problems that an existing valve is low in sealing performance and medium leakage is prone to occurring. In addition, the structure can be used for river channel dredging or maintenance.
