The invention relates to the technical field of building wall structures, in particular to a shock-absorbing and sound-insulating keel and an assembling structure thereof. The shock-absorbing and sound-insulating keel comprises a shock-absorbing batten and connecting battens connected to the two sides of the shock-absorbing batten respectively, and a shock-absorbing groove is formed in the shock-absorbing batten in the length direction; and the surface of the shock-absorbing batten is divided into a main plate surface with a larger area and an auxiliary plate surface with a smaller area by the shock-absorbing groove, and the groove bottom of the shock-absorbing groove is an arc-shaped batten which extends in the length direction of the shock-absorbing batten and is sunken. The keel and the assembling structure thereof have good noise reduction and heat insulation performance, and the shock resistance between walls can be improved.
