The invention discloses a device for hydraulically lifting a scaffold. The device comprises a movable jacking vehicle and a hydraulic jacking system, and is characterized in that the movable jacking vehicle comprises a jacking vehicle body used for moving the whole device and providing support and fixation for the whole device and a hydraulic pump system; the hydraulic pump system is installed in the jacking vehicle body and used for providing hydraulic power for the hydraulic jacking system and achieving coordinated work of the hydraulic jacking system; the hydraulic jacking system comprises a support part which is installed on the side face of the jacking vehicle body and used as a framework part of the hydraulic jacking system, a sliding part and a load part; the sliding part is in sliding connection with the support part and used for sliding up and down along the support part and supporting the scaffold in the lifting process; and the load part is mounted on the support part. The whole scaffold is jacked to a certain height while layer-by-layer building is conducted on the lower portion, and workers can complete tall scaffold building work on the ground in the whole process.
