The slidable hanging frame is installed in a main body structure core tube and comprises a hanging frame body, bearing I-shaped steel, walkway plates, a horizontal protective net and a vertical face protective net, the bearing I-shaped steel is fixed to the bottom of a building machine bailey truss platform, the hanging frame body is installed below the bearing I-shaped steel and is in sliding fit with the bearing I-shaped steel, the plurality of layers of walkway plates are arranged on the hanging frame body, the walkway plates are fixed on a cross beam of the hanging frame body, the horizontal protective net is arranged at the bottom of the hanging frame body, and the vertical face protective net is arranged on the side face of the hanging frame body. The hanging frame can move in the axial direction of the bearing I-shaped steel, and construction of all core tube aluminum forms is considered; an upper walkway plate and a lower walkway plate are arranged, the heights of the hanging frame and the walkway plates can be freely combined, and it is guaranteed that operators can conveniently carry out assembly and disassembly on the aluminum forms and back ridges; and recyclable vertical face and horizontal face protection is provided, and therefore personnel and objects are prevented from falling into the core tube, and the hoisting operation of the core tube is not affected.
